Tiger Woods Releases Statement on His Website, Won’t Talk to Florida Highway Patrol

Tiger Woods denied the Florida Highway Patrol a request for an interview for the third straight day, but he did release a statement on his website. (We don’t believe a word of it.) Investigators are probably armed with a dozen questions about Tiger’s accident.
